Just because you want to return an item doesn’t mean it should be a long tiresome process. At ArtisticCarver.com we have a hassle-free return policy. It doesn’t matter whether the color wasn’t quite right or you simply changed your mind, you may return your purchase for any reason within the inspection period for a refund or a credit, the choice is yours!

I Purchased Using PayPal, How Do I Return? Just follow 3 easy steps:

   

1.

Email our friendly Customer Support Department at "support@artisticcarver.com" during our 7-day inspection period indicating that you wish to return items for a refund or a credit. Please note that our 7-day inspection period commences on shipment.

   

2.

Ship your return to our facility  (ATTN: Returns), through any traceable method (e.g. FedEx, UPS or US Postal Registered mail).

   

3.

Once we receive your return,  we will send you a refund through your PayPal account.

   

I Only Want To Return One Item From My Last Order? No Problem! It doesn’t matter whether you wish to return part of your order or the entire shipment, the process is exactly the same.

What If I Want A Replacement Instead Of A Refund?  Simply contact our friendly customer support team and they will make every effort to find an adequate replacement.
